Across October–December 2025, community volunteers connected with Scientology community initiatives carried out a series of local activities across Europe. The quarter’s roundup covered local environmental and civic volunteering, alongside drug-prevention outreach and information campaigns and UDHR-based human-rights education activities delivered through partner programmes.
Activities were reported in several countries including Italy, France, Czechia, Denmark and Switzerland, with volunteers cooperating with local communities, small businesses and civic organisations. Some initiatives also referenced *The Way to Happiness*, a secular moral code written by L. Ron Hubbard, as a framework for everyday responsibility and respectful conduct.
